can i get help from another country

can i get origin support without calling them because i live in Israel and origin dont have EA Advisors to call to Israel and can i get help?

Depending on what topic you select for your query you may be able to chat with an EA Advisor instead of a phone call: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new

However, please note that certain topics (such as account security related ones) do require a live phone contact.

If chat isn't available and you are living in a country that doesn't support our 'call me' feature, you could also use a Voice-Over-IP service (such as Skype) instead. Just put your location in the Voice-Over-IP service to UK and use that to call our UK number: +44 203 0141818 (Available 9AM-9PM GMT, Monday through Saturday)
