bulletstorm cant install

HI there,

I recently bought bulletstorm and after finding that GFWL has stopped it being usable was recomended to install it via origin. After an overnight download Its done, but now wont install as it says Network Speed 0 b/Sec, even when writing this message. Its been stuck there for at least 4 hours now.

what is the correct fix to play the game?

Hi,

It seems to download / installation somehow got stuck. Can you try the following:

• Note: always run Origin as administrator
• Turn on Safe Mode Downloading via Application Settings - Advanced
• Clear the Origin Cache
• Run your system in a clean boot

Note: if you run into further issues with installing the game then you might need to get your game code updated to an Origin version. You can do this via reaching out to an EA Advisor.
