So, I'm an idiot.
Basically, Origin wasn't working when I attempted to buy a game and suggested I log out and back in. I did just that, but stupidly logged into the wrong account as it's with a more updated email than the one I use for my main Sims account. Despite the warning that I needed the base game I downloaded an expansion pack, as I assumed that because I was only buying one pack, perhaps it would register that I had all the others after I purchased. Flawless logic, I know.
Anyhow, now I have an expansion pack and no way to play it, since it's the only purchase on that account, however, because I can't launch it without the sims 4 game installed on that account, I can't request a refund. Help please. I know I'm stupid but take pity on my lack of brain cells.
