bought fifa 17 twice and it charged me twice for nothing

I boght fifa 17 for 60 euros and it didnt appear in my library so i went to the store again and bought it again for 60 euros and then it appeared in my library but u charged me 120 euros for 1 game. Can you please give me the money bck i think it is unfair you charged me that much for 1 game so can u plese give me back 60 euros?

An order can take up to 72 hours to appear in your account so your order was still processing when you purchased it the first time. Since you are unable to transfer any games that are tied to your Origin account, it will only appear once.
