i keep being banned and they keep saying its becus i have cheats but i dont even have cheats installed on my pc. please help

i have tried to do that still says i did cheat/bug even though i havent done anything of the sort. I have also tryed to remove any files/programs that i have recently installed and im still getting banned for the same reason.
