are cheats banned in sims 4

I don't wanna to buy a digital download if I can it can be taken off of me for me using cheat codes.

@NuTuRiOuScDb Hey, The Sims games have cheat codes built in as part of the game experience. You're free to use these as much as you want, spam "motherlode" all you want.
