I have a big problem, when the game crash or close when i'm in competitive,the game give me penalty and takes me out double point,don't give me tolerance.. ,i have lost 400 point,so i need that this problem will be fix because it make me nervous since i play honestly and i lost too much points

Hey @MagmaLord2006 on which platform are you having this issue and do you see an error message of any kind when the issue occurs?
