i already had the game installed and i played it a few times and now i go to play and when i log into my origin it says that i have to activate the game , i put in the code to activate it and it says its already been used,now i cant play and idk what to do

Hi! So did you manage to resolve the matter? How was the matter resolved for you? I have the same problem and I'm having trouble contacting EA so can you help a friend out and let me know the solution? Thanks

I had the same problem but for me i just activated the game under a different email adress

I had this same problem and I tried to do some research once before. I thought no one else had this problem so I gave up. This was about a year ago and I have been missing the Sims 4. What did you have to do to fix it? It doesn't even show up as a game in my origin games anymore.
