I talked to numerous agents about this and nothing has helped.

When you say you talked to numerous agents about this, what did they try with you? Are  you sure you're putting the correct email and password in that you used to originally link your games? Are the games showing up on their end and not yours? We won't know how to help you unless you're more specific. If they see your games but can't get you to get them to show up that's one issue and if they see no games on this account then it's an issue of you have the email and password mistaken.

@tomatoraptor What games are you missing? Do you have a number of games on your account or is it just one or two and then expansions for those games?
