I believe someone has created an account using my email in Ireland.

If someone accidentally created an EA account using your email address, our support can definitely help with that as well 

On the EA Help website, I recommend choosing:

Help with a Game -> Origin -> Contact Us -> PC -> Manage my account -> Delete account
