account trouble

I dont have access to my old email from my 1st ea account and the only way to get access is to receive a text to an old phone number which i also dont have access too. I cant log out of my old ea account without any of this stuff and i dont want to keep playing any ea games if its all going to be saved onto an account i cant get into in the future. what should i do?
