account hacked and Email and the secret question got changed [ Edited ]

Hi, today I received an E-mail from legit EA ([edit: email address removed]) mail that is saying that my EA account's Email was change even I have done nothing.

So I assume my account got hacked (I'm not sure if this is coincidence but my Steam account also got hacked few days ago).

So I changed recovered it to my own Email and changed my password, however, the secret question is asked in Russian even I do not use Russian at all and I assume that the hacker might have changed it.

Is there any way to change it back to my original answer and language?

and I also have the hacker's Email (however, I cannot post here).

Thank you for your reply. I already checked that webpage (same with the link), however, I am stuck because I have to choose a product even it is not a product problem, it is an account problem.

Or should I just pick a random product that I own and ask this question?

Never mind, I clicked the link for second time and it showed me the right page. I do not know why but for the first time, it showed the page which I have to choose which product.
