i didn't login since a month, i enter to my account yesterday, i found it banned and all games, bf3 premium, fifa 12 and 13, i contact the support, they told me:
I am sorry but it seems that your account has been banned due to the charge back attempt from this account. Its not possible to change the email ID of that account
but i dint do anything, i think someone hacked used my account because some information are modified, also i found the last time i played bf3 was the 19/01/2013!
this is not fair people, i pay all i have to get those games, and i cant contact the support via phone cause im in africa and it's so expensive to call them
please who can help me to take out the ban?
