So... I've had Xbox Game Pass for a while and on my Xbox I've been able to play EA games with no problem whatsoever. However, I decided I wanted to play Dragon Age Inquisition on my PC. So I clicked install on Game Pass PC and installed EA Play, which then I was greeted with the message, "You are not eligible to play this game". I was confused but I thought ok, that's fine, it's only one game. But I was wrong. I tried many many more games and every one I got the same result. I can't even play SIms 3!! Why is this happening to me!?!?

Just to confirm, were you trying to install the games through the EA App, or were you using Origin?

Through the EA app. Origin works perfectly fine.

I think it would be best to reach out to the EA Help team so they can take a look at your account. They may be able to see what is preventing you from playing these games.

The EA App is still in development - I would continue to use Origin.

That's also a problem. It just says to use AHQ. No help at all...
