I had asked for a price adjustment on a SIMS bundle purchase where they over-billed me (9.99 s/b 8.88. I have had this happen before and let it go.. but after 4 or 5 times.. eh? i need that 1.93 worse than they do. Paypal agreed that EA/Origins was wrong and put the refund thru. this morning i get THIS : (see attachment)

 

i don't need to read their privacy agreements or all that jazz. i want my account back. gee whiz.. if they had a place to question the price difference before it went thru i could have asked about it that way but i didn't see one. so now they send me this crappy all in red btw email? i'm retired, I play games because i have lung cancer and can't do a lot with only 1+a little lung.. now they've crushed me. Can someone please help? i'm in tears .. am so tired of being "walked on" over the most trivial stuff. thanks kittikitti
