XBOX Game pass has changed the username, causing EA Play to become invalid.

Hello, thank you.

1. I have an XBOX Game pass, but I have modified the user name of the XBOX Game pass, not an ID account.

2. Now my EA account still shows that it is connected to XBOX, and the user name shows my previous XBOX name.

3. So now EA Play has no effect.

4. Because I unbind the XBOX Game pass once before, so now I need to wait until November to unbind it.

5. How to solve it, please help me, thank you.

Hey @PYJ211 I'd recommend speaking with Xbox support to see what they can recommend. Updating your Gamertag name should not have an effect on your EA account but if it has then Xbox support may be able to suggest a fix or explain what is going on by taking a look at your account with you: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/
