Wrong origins account with my psn

For a long time i havent been asked anything on fifa about my origins account and it recently has asked me to verify it is me however i have never even seen the email it shows so cant play online i tried calling ea but was on a wait time estimated 50 minutes i need to change the account with my psn to play online.
