I hav already tried the uninstall and reinstall. No work, even cclean as well and redid the install. I am not sure what else to do.

If there is anyone willing to help that would be great! I miss playing the sims let along the sims 4. I also tried downloading any other game in the client but same thing. Please Please any help would be appreciated!

@KriBaby Did you try doing a manual uninstall of Origin (instructions here: http://help.ea.com/en/article/manually-uninstalling-origin/), then downloading and installing a fresh copy of Origin ( available here: https://www.origin.com/en-us/download)?
