You are in California and assuming you are buying it from US, I guess not. You'll pay the exact same price that appears on Origin store.

Well I hope your a registered tax vendor in NY because I'm going to let one customer of my registered business play this , then claim the sale ,including tax, as entertainment. So I hope your actually paying in the sales tax that you certainly are collecting. I do not see where you are a registered tax vendor in every state in the US.
