I’m trying to use live chat so I can ask a question about a game but every time I type my question out, I’m unable to send it, there’s no send button, so my message just sits there in the box and then I get disconnected for not responding, any idea why this is happening?
It is unlikely the live chat agent will be able to help you with this. They're using scripts to respond to common issues, and this seems fairly niche. I would recommend tracking down the support community for Fifa19, and seeing if anyone is available for support there. The live agent customer service agents probably won't know what this is about, and will load up a script that will not be particularly helpful.
