Why was this account created?

i have never been to this ea Answer site, i got an email saying i had received the newbie badge for joining this forum.

only problem is i did not join to forum nor had i visited before the email was sent to me so is EA creating account with my personal information?

i think so -  how do i remove this god awful account? I do not want my personal information getting out on thing i DO NOT USE.

@Omnipotent_Bork EA Answers is just a feature of your EA Account, it won't create your own here. As soon as you call up the Origin Help or Origin Forum via Origin, for example, you will be logged in with your EA account.

Hey @Omnipotent_Bork if you receives the badges but never before logged into AHQ then you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

To  speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
