Just wondering why the origin app/service is so astoundingly terrible with constant errors and bugs. Origin is without doubt the worst app I have ever used. Had origin for a year to play Fifa mostly, but tried other games too, but most of these failed to load or play. App fails to load properly 9 times out of 10, then if the app loads the games often fail for various reasons. I am using a new and reasonably hi-spec laptop (Surface Book 2 i7 16gb with nvidia graphics card) and only trying to play very basic undemanding games, but have also had the same issues on other computers. I cancelled my subscription after the first month due to constant problems, but still had a years credit left so still try to play fifa once or twice a month and other games occasionally but still have constant problems 8 months later. I am shocked Origin hasn't gone bankrupt or the app hasn't been replaced already.
