Trying to ask queastion for Battlefron 2, but there is no button to ask. Why?
Needed support for Battlefront 2, but options are phone call and chat. Where's the email hidden?
Managed to create support ticket, but it get's marked resolved and there is no info why. Why ea wont tell?
Chat. There is no estimated time to wait. And after 1h there is no one to chat with. Chat option is supposed to be max 5 min response time. Why this is not done right?
I want to leave feedback, but can't find where. Where it's hidden and why?
Why it is so difficult to provide support? If the game ea made is crashing all the time then ea should fix it before they make more games. Why it's left full of bugs? Why contacting ea is made so difficult?

There are a few ways to get in touch with EA Support (see the options below), However contact options for phone/chat/email may vary depending on a few different factors.
If you are wanting to share any feedback or issue you encountered with SWBF2 There are a few ways to do this as well, you can post here on our Forums on the correct board depending on what you are experiencing, or share your feedback with an advisor once you get in contact with one. You do understand that i contacted support, but they do nothing and say nothing?
"Sorry, we don't konw how to help" Will be ok, but can't get even that.
