Why does it say I dont own my Sims 3 pets when I do?

My game got deleted off my computer so I go to re-download it, but my origin asked me to pay for it again... help?

Are you logged into the right EA account?

Did you redeem the code before on Origin?

If not try redeeming it again. If it says code is already in use I'd contact support with the code ready in hand so they can help you out further:
