Why can't I get Sims 4?

Every time I try to add Sims 4 to cart, it keeps logging me out. Does anyone know why and who can help me?

That's an odd one @dangitangel and not one that I think I have seen before.

Is this affecting you on the Origin website, the app or both?

If you have only tried on one would you mind trying on the other to see if you see the same error.
