Why Can't I Contact EA for Help???

Well mate, anything I change it to, it just says call us. I will never get my coins back cause the developers at EA are awful. I need my coins back

Too bad. Sometimes there are restrictions on your account blocking certain contact options, then there might not be much other to do than to call them. I do not know how that works where you live, but in Sweden, if we call the Support Team it's the same price as a normal phone call, so it's not very costly. But I understand that cn be different elsewhere :/

@King-FlyFly I find all options unhelpful BC of the people " helping ". However, ones like chat wanna hurry up, same by phone. Except on phone they wanna waste your time and then blame it on something anything else. I keep getting the chat option. I don't want to chat. I'd prefer talking but long wait times and uselessness deters me now. That and chat. Especially chat is worse because it seems like they don't understand and cannot speak or type chat proper English sentences.

I'm having trouble with Battlefield V and all this veterans rewards tokens.

I love the reddit too. While not technically "official" every question gets a bot response. Yes, because I wanna talk to EA. Looks like I have to because useless ad ware spy ware Google and ignorant Reddit posters can only help so much.

Would you be able to make a post on this in our BFV boards here detailing what the issue is with the Veteran rewards so someone can get out to you? 

Have you tried reaching out to our Social Advisors at EA Help? They can look into requests for players too.

No I haven't,  because like why I posted here , I cannot even get past only being able to select chat as an option. And no offense,  I would not consider them " specialists ", since they blame things on anything and everything else,  which shows that it's not very special. Not to mention they even admit they have to use a Google type search engine tool to do their ' job '. A specialist knows and is on top of everything in their field. 

And, I personally do not want to literally waste my time posting to a board Battlefield V,  so someone can leave me ' tips '. I need someone who will ACTUALLY do something,  IE take the initiative. 

I'll give you a short version of my issue :

Bought BFV Deluxe Edition PS4 about a month ago. Upon redeeming the " Deluxe Edition " code, gave me several cosmetic outfit items . Actually , it was 4/9 (?) items listed in the BFV Veterans Rewards Program. All but the Firestorm Ranger,  Desert Driver, Jagdflieger and Luftlandetruppen. However someone was kind enough to give me the BFV Enlister Offer code . Which granted me access to the BF1 weapons , and apparently one of three outfits (Jagdflieger,  Luftlandetruppen,  Desert Driver) and the Firestorm Ranger . Which makes NO SENSE . According to your reddit there is a token system, for all items. Instead,  I get most, but then there's 3 items locked behind the Veteran Reward Token system . There's no info or news that says the system was changed .abandoned or altered. So, even with being a BF1 PS4 owner,  Deluxe Edition owner. And Enlister Offer code,  I didn't get any tokens for the latter,  the items were automatically included , and I only got one token to choose one of three outfits. Makes no sense based on your website,  posts, and info. Which,  since I didn't get a chance to pick,  or NO NOTIFICATION of a change,  is absolutely appalling. And technically false advertising too. 

So what's the deal? How do I get these outfits since I never got the choice (except for / between the Desert Driver,  Jagdflieger and Luftlandetruppen)? If someone was willing to be kind enough to give me another Enlister Offer code,  will that provide me with another token? (not that I should have to do that, as that doesn't seem fair ).
