You have uninstalled your graphics driver. Origin cannot install when you do not have the required drivers for your graphics card. There is nothing in your DXDIAG report to indicate which graphics card you have. If you do not know, you will need to contact the manufacturer of your computer and find out. Once you know what card you have, you will need to obtail the most up to date drivers for that card.

Origin should install once you correct that.

Currently your DXDIAG shows No graphics card at all.

"Clean Boot" is for kids...let me explain why.  This thread is about the "Origin Client" not working properly... it's NOT about the game not starting up when you press PLAY! You can't even get to the PLAY button at this point to even think about the "Video Card" not functioning properly.

So for .EXE and Client installation issues, you always have to test things in "Safe Mode With Networking" first... You could have saved yourself a lot of time. Clean boot will absolutely screw up your startup process, as you disable things you have no clue about... and frankly if you go to clean boot as a solution, then you have no clue what you have on your computer in the first place that's causing the issue...

So you disable a whole bunch of stuff to make the game work, then your entire computer does not function properly...

But for those who are having multiple issues and require a little bit more advanced approach, the solution I gave will work 100%.. as it PINPOINTS the precise areas that cause issues with gaming ONLY, without killing the entire startup process.

Hope that helps the future "Clean Boot" junkies.

A clean boot is a fast and effective method of testing for conflicting programs on a players system. We use this method because we are unable to test individual programs that might be installed on a players system - in some cases, a player could even be unaware that they even have a program installed and that it is causing a conflict.

I understand that if you are more tech-savvy than the average player that you will fault this method. However, the steps that you've detailed in your previous post, while effective, might be difficult for some players to understand. I hope that helps you understand why we use the clean boot method.

I get onto my origin and it either says 'Origin encountered an issue loading this page. Please try reloading it – if that doesn’t work, restart the client or try again later.' or 'Whoops - the installer encountered an error

Please quit and restart the installation. You'll be up and running in no time'. I do both of these things but nothing seems to work! Please help.
