Did you performed the clean boot as suggested by @Straatford87?
And the question why the 970M is not shown in your DxDiag remains. What GPU driver are you on?

@holger1405, yes I did.
I don't know why it does not show, but I am running GTX970M, see attachment.

That's an MSI GE62 2QF Apache Pro you use there, good Notebook btw.
Still, the latest driver for the 970M MSI has on their website is 353.74. That's a driver version NVIDIA never released, or in other words, it's a driver tweaked by MSI especially for your notebook.
On a Notebook it's always recommanded to use the Manufactures drivers.
Believe me, there is a reason for this lines in the NVIDIA release notes:
"This is a reference driver that can be installed on supported NVIDIA notebook GPUs. However, please note that your notebook original equipment manufacturer (OEM) provides certified drivers for your specific notebook on their website. NVIDIA recommends that you check with your notebook OEM about recommended software updates for your notebook. OEMs may not provide technical support for issues that arise from the use of this driver."
Are you sure that your 970M is used in the moment?
I would suggest you preform a clean install of 353.74 if you don't need the newer driver for one of the other games you play.

@holger1405, I appreciate your feedback, but I don't really think this is driver related. However, I will test with the one provided directly by MSI.
