If you are on a mac go to the apple menu bar under "games" and click "redeem product code".

Have you installed origin client on your computer? https://www.origin.com/en-in/download

If not then download and install and then go to My Games and there you will see your Sims 3 game tile , hover your mouse on it and click download.

1. In your browser, go to http://store.origin.com
2. In the upper part of your window, locate the "Download Origin" icon; click here
3. Follow instructions to download and install Origin client
4. Follow client instructions to create a new account or log into an existing account
5. Once your account is activated, log into your Origin account on the Origin client
6. In the upper right, click "Customize and Control Origin..." button
7. Select "Redeem Product Code"
8. Enter the product code delivered in your Amazon 'Your Games & Software Library'; click Next
9. Click "Next..." on the product confirmation screen
10. Click "View in Library" to be taken to the Origin library page
11. The game is now ready to download directly from Origin by clicking the "Ready to Download" button

On my mac, I found it in the game library. Click the add button in the upper right corner of the game library and you have it!
