Where is my content?

I recently purchased Madden 21 points and bought a MUT heroes sidekick pack. Although my points were charged, I never received my pack. 

I followed the troubleshooting steps and waited more than 24 hours and still have not received anything. 

Then I check my order history and unfortunately found nothing. I've been playing Madden since 2001 and Ive been loyal to EA products. I am hopeful that the issue can be resolved. Thank you.

If you made a purchase then It should at least be in your order history.

You're best to contact an EA adviser so they can look into this for you as we can't do anything on here regarding your account I'm afraid.
