When does Origin charge me when I pre-order something? [ Edited ]

I'm planning to pre-order The Sims 4: Cats and Dogs on Origin, but I can't afford it at the moment.
So that's why I'm asking when Origin charges me for Pre-orders.
So please help me figure out this question!

EA (bank) take the money on release date.Make sure you have the money on release just to be safe.

@batman8249The money for full purchases is usually about a week before launch, so for the expansion should be a few days before, or launch. Sorry that I don't have more specific info. 

Your best option is probably to wait until Nov 10th and buy it then, as for an expansion buying early generally won't let you download the content earlier.
