I'm trying to change my email address from [edit: email address removed] to my new email which is [edit: email address removed] but the verification code won't send to my new email. Can you please help me

If you're having trouble you could add it as a secondary email address as described here: https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/account/if-you-forgot-your-ea-account-id-or-password/#updateinfo

Alternatively you could contact an EA adviser so they can help you out and possibly change it for you: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
