Whats the refund policy for origin regarding refunds for sims 4 expansion packs

So I was thinking about Purchasing a sims 4 expansion pack and I was just wondering what the refund policy is for it

@sonicfan117   DLC is not covered under EA's refund policy, and that includes Sims 4 packs.

However, if someone's computer absolutely cannot run a given pack, support will sometimes make an exception and issue a refund.  This has happened recently with people whose systems can only run the Legacy Edition and therefore cannot use Discover University; support has generally granting the refunds in such cases.

If you'd like to know how your computer might be expected to handle a given pack, feel free to run a dxdiag (Windows) or list the full specs of your Mac, including operating system; I can give you at least a rough idea.

I wish I had asked this question or done the research before purchasing Discover University. I hate it and now I'm stuck with it. 😒

I Downloaded the discover university pack because it looked like it would be good but I honestly don't like it at all, I've tried lots of story lines and they all just become boring once the go to university and now I cant get a refund :/
