What email address is assciated with my Xbox live account

I don't know if you could help but I tried importing my friends from my xbox to Origin app. But it said that it is allready linked with another account.

  Is there any way to know which origin id is associated with my xbox live account

You will need to contact an EA Game Advisor, they should be able to look this up for you when you tell them the exact spelling of your xbox live account. They should also be able to change that for you then if you so wish: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new
