What am I not able to chat with EA Help??

Whenever I try and connect to EA Help Live Chat I don't have any option to chat to them. Please help me if you have any guidance.

Sometimes there may just not be any agents available. It took me about a week to resolve my ticket, and twice I was unable to access an agent at all. Other times it was just busy, but then it will tell you that you are in line.

Sometimes you have to mess around with the options for opening the live chat, I've seen it greyed out. I'm not sure if that's the forum software wanting you to use EA answers instead of pulling up a live agent or a bug. I am using Microsoft Edge as my browser.
