Hi! I had the same problem for weeks on my Mac and I FINALLY fixed it. What ended up working was resetting the origin app. It's a zip file you download and it's basically the way to clear your cache on a Mac. http://answers.ea.com/t5/Origin/Mac-Troubleshooting-amp-Info/td-p/5371637#M205381 This link has the info on it.
