Weird Purchases In Order History?

Okay so when I was on the hunt for my SimCity (Which is still lost) I found some weird Purchases in my Order history. None of them had a description, Dates purchased - 09/05/15, 09/05/15, 17/04/14... Don't recall purchasing on any of those dates. Any help is apriceated!

Please contact a Game Advisor (make sure you select your country of residence from the menu in the upper-left corner. If not listed, please select UK or US.), and they will be able to verify these purchased for you.

Also the three purchases made had purchase prices of NS0 or NS500
