So after spending like 8 hours straight on this EA disaster, I discovered that apparently many years ago I had created an ea account under a diff email. Somehow my primary account relinked to that one and booted me from the one I created for apex..just had to sign into OLD account and it showed me connected to that one...anyways, BACK IN ACTION

How do I know if I linked my newer xbox account to old ea account? Idk what to do next and I'm in a connect franchise .. And all my apex stuff is gone.. I'm not gunna start fresh jus would like some help from EA but all they did was send an message to me via twitter and it brought me back around to the ea help page..

Just tried to play SW Battlefront 2 after changing my Microsoft password and now my account is ineligible all of a sudden. Signing in to Xbox through EA still telling it's ineligible even though I gave proper info for EA to access my Microsoft account. This shouldn't be so difficult.
