Just to jump in to this discussion. As @EA_David said, it would be better to direct this question at Ubisoft forums and support.
But as I have played true out the whole game, all missions and Bad Blood DLC, I can tell you that there is almost 0 nudity in the game.
As far as it goes on nudity, you will in just one campaign mission encounter a woman (named Poppy) and she will be the most nude in the game, but that is far from being 100% nude, so you have nothing to worry about.
That is pretty much it on that part, you may see some REALLY small nudity in the game in a later story, but it is almost 0. So really nothing to be worried about in overall.

If you still what to censor even that small part that is not 100% nudity (roughly 80%), then you may need to use a mod. Of course for future details on using a mod and more information on the question in overall, please contact Ubisoft support, or try Ubisoft forums. There is sadly no version that is available to censor all nudity, this could only be done by a use of a mod or some modification.
Again telling you from personal experience with the whole game, you really have nothing to worry about..mileywink:

@ElPaco99 I don't think that would have any effect. Having played through a portion of the game, what I suspect to be the scene in question is part of the story progression and would not be easily excised. Perhaps a censored version with such scenes is available, but I'm not aware of it.
To be candid, such a question would probably be best aimed at Ubisoft(the game's developer/publisher) or even the modding scene(though many there tend to go the other direction when it comes to controversial content). On Origin, we only sell/distribute the game, and have no hand in its creation.

Yao bruh. Thanks. I might not get it anytime soon, probably til I'm like 15 or 16, but thank you very much! Better later than nothing. Its just my parents' problem, not mine. mileywink: But then again, aren't there any times when you intrude a person's home and catch them going all "Shackalaka" all over each other?
@ElPaco99 There is no such act when you intrude someone. I have played true all of the invading investigations and only thing you will find in them are bank account information that you can hack and then get money from them by visiting the ATM.
You will see some people in the rooms, but not a single one of them is nude, mostly personal stuff like someone ordered a hit on someone and so on. No acts that you are thinking about.
And that one part in the campaign story, where you will find a girl a bit nude but not 100%. She will try to kill you and you will actually convince her to give you the Intel you need to find Iraq and then you leave. No sex acts and nothing you are thinking about.mileywink:
