Verification codes not being recieved

Upon logging into my EA account, I am prompted to input a verification code that I do not receive in my email. I have contacted EA support multiple times and their solution has been to send me another email with a verification code, which I don't receive either.\

Has anyone successfully solved this issue?

Sorry to hear that you are having issues @grinchFTW.

There was an issue with login verification codes through email yesterday but has now been resolved. Can you see if you are able to log in and receive the code now?

If you should see this issue again the best thing to do is switch your verification code to SMS to see if that works.

I had the same problem while I was trying to log in to the Anthem Beta. I waited for many hours and not even one verification code was delivered to my email inbox. I also had it resended but no such luck.

Same problem over here. Cannot contact the helpdesk.
My e-mail is just the same as it always was, so if somebody from EA Sports can check this.

I just recieved a mail because I checked the "Me too" button, so it is possible for EA to send mails to my e-mal address.

But I do not recieve the verification codes in my mailbox.

Hey @Enricovic_7 you will need to speak with one of our chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

To  speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat.
