Verification code not being recieved

I can not recieve the verification code email. Does any of you have the same problem? Maybe its on EA side.

I already got the answer from EA Live Chat advisor. It was a EA servers related problem. Its fixed by now.

I'm sorry to hear about your issue with getting the verification code 

Have you checked if the code is also not being delivered with a different method, as a text message for example? 

I would also recommend to reach out to our live support at EA Help and ask for their assistance if you will still not receive the codes.

Hey @tradm1 for issues such as this you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

To  speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
