Unlink EA account from Xbox

I have been wanting to unlink my old account from my Xbox because I had claimed my twitch prime gear for Apex legends, but had claimed it on my new ea account. I have tried to contact customer services by text and calling and both times I haven’t had ANY response.

This hasn't been working for two weeks. When you follow the steps provided and get to the "unlink using this tool" part you get a screen that says "Somebody call Tech support, oh that's us". Has been like this for two weeks straight.
