Unfairly banned on fifa 21
Hello EA,
I logged onto my fifa 21 ultimate team today and was very upset. I have been suspended for 7 days for allegedly “Violating the user terms and agreements”. The reason I was told was hate speech (Directed). This was caused by my fut club name: I KANTE BREATHE. I really don’t see how this is hate speech? I have had this name from the start of fifa 21 and I have only received this suspension today. I was really looking forward to playing weekend league and I can’t. I really don’t see how my club name is hate speech nevermined directed. If the ban is in relation to anything else, please can you advise the reason to this as I am unaware of anything in relation to hate speech that may have been conducted. I would like some help and guidance as I cannot see what I have done wrong.
I would like my account unbanned so I can enjoy fut 21.

We're not able to review bans or account actions via the forums, but our Terms of Service team can take another look at this if you submit an appeal.
