Unauthorized charge

I have 3 charges on my debit card totaling about $60. I do NOT play one game from ea and neither does my daughter (who is 4). I need someone t. Contact me about this or reverse these charges or I will contact the right authorities.

I have. They said I need to attempt contact the merchant first.

No I have not. I cannot get anyone on the chat or to answer my emails. Im moving forward with dispute I guess.

Tested chat just now and was in a chat with an adviser in under 2 minutes, what happens when you try?
