Unable to verify my email account

Hi,

 

Can you tell my why i am unable to verify my email address from my Origin account please.

 

The message reads "It is not possible to verify emails right now. Try again later"

 

I have tried numerous times to verify it with no joy. I need to verify it because I want to change my email address.

 

Please advise.

Have you checked your email's spam filter? If it's not there, you will need to contact a game advisor for help with this. Follow the link: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/ . Try to get a live chat option or request a call back.

The verification email link at the top of the Origin client dont work.

 

I looked around, I went into origin top left, Account and Privacy, and saw a link next to About Me, resend verification email so i clicked on that and it looks like it went through. Checked my email account and nothing has been sent yet to confirm it and the verification link is stil visable.

Hi,

 

I found it in my spam folder, thanks. The link to verify your email on the front page of the Origin Client is broken. The only link that works is in the "Account and Privacy" settings.
