If you are still having this issue...you can also try adding money to your wallet. I have paid for games on origin that way without any issues.

My VPN service doesn't have a server in my country.
The bank says that there is definitely no block on my card.
I managed to buy the game by logging into my account through a browser on my tablet.
Using other computers in the house didn't work.

Since you were able to make the purchase on a tablet I'm thinking that the cause for this issue is a Windows setting - the most likely cause is the Host file. You can change this as detailed in this Microsoft article:

Navigating to EA Account and Billing to delete and re-add your card info works as a workaround
Maybe a message through origin that prompts "if you are having issues try navigating to EA Account and Billing"

Bruh, which specific issue are you facing at the moment? Any error messages?
What you can try is first clearing your browser cache, and then adding your payment method on the EA Account & Billing page:

Make sure to set your payment method to Primary. If you are adding a card then also note the following:
