Unable to load Redeem Product Code page on EA My Account

I am currently unable to load the "Redeem Product Code" page on my EA My Account.

I'm able to load all other tabs of the My Account screen.

Is anyone having a similar issue at present?

Hi,

If the Origin client does not work for you then you can also trying redeeming your code via the website:

https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/redemption/index

If that does not work then you could also try clearing your Origin Cache.
