Unable to download purchased game

I bought the Sims 3 University Life but unable to download it. It says the game isn't published yet. However University Life is clearly published a long time ago, and I even tried to  buy it again but it won't work.

Do you have Origin dowloaded to your computer? From there, you click the 'My Games' tab. There you should see the Sims 3 base game, click the 'i' that's next to the 'play' button. That'll bring you to another page where you'll see all the expansion packs. University Life shouldn't have a plus sign next to it since you've already bought it. When you click it, it should give you an option to download.

I did download origin, have the base game and see game details to try to download the expansion packs, and that's what it says, the game isn't published yet. I really don't know what's wrong with the game.
