Unable to download Sim City free game

Hi

I get this error every time I try to select my free game (Dead Space 3).

Download Error
We're sorry, but you do not meet the requirements to download this game.

It only seems to happen for M rated games but that's wired since I'm 19...

These are strictly self-help forums, gamer to gamer.  No one here has access to anyone's personal account information to see if the date of birth entry is right or wrong, sorry.  You can ask at EA Help Center, but the weekend is a bad time to try to reach them, because of minimal staffing.

..... That's the thing you see? We TRIED. This has nothing to do with age limit either since my friend (who is not 18) could download it. It happens to some users from all the votes I've seen.

I've even tried posting on the forum for the EA staff to help too, however, I am even UNABLE to post a topic there. I've been trying to reach them for days end already. I've done a live chat with a staff too. But it didn't help either.

I am aware that this is for users to help each other. Since I have tried all options, this is a last resort option right now. Thanks for answering anyways.
