Unable to contact EA

I'm having issues with a game of mine through Origin and I've exhausted every possibility to solve it on my own and I desperately need to talk to someone in EA help but the ONLY option is live chat - no phone number, no email, nothing. I chose live chat several times and every time I just have a spinning loading circle (see attached picture), unable to click on anything and nothing happens. Waiting for significant periods of time. I desperately need help. I've always had issues with EA help and it has only gotten worse over the years. PLEASE HELP!!!

@chinsrus101 Chrome. Also, I just got a new computer and it looks like pop-up blocker was enabled. I'm wondering if that also has something to do with it?

@laurenrosep Yes try turning off the ad blocker and open up a incognito window and try contacting EA again.

@chinsrus101 Well even after disabling pop-ups and going incognito, I never was able to get it to work, but for some reason today there was a "request a call" option so I did that instead
